Crockpot Express Pot Roast
This is a quick and easy pot roast recipe that can be made in the Crockpot Express. It is a great meal for a busy weeknight or weekend. The pot roast is cooked in the Crockpot Express with vegetables and seasonings. After cooking, the pot roast can be shredded and served with gravy.

1 (3-4 lb) chuck roast
1 onion, diced
3 carrots, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In the Crockpot Express, set it to saute and add some olive oil. Add the chuck roast and brown on each side.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure. Remove the lid and shred the meat with two forks. Serve with gravy. Enjoy!
