Crockpot Express Alabama White Sauce Chicken Sliders are an easy recipe that will make your mouth water. From start to the finish, it will take you just a little over an hour.
You can change this dish up by making your own sauce and dressing up with different toppings like bacon or even chopped tomatoes. I usually serve these chicken sliders on Hawaiian rolls but feel free to use any type of roll you’d like. Also, if you don’t have brioche buns (or some other kind of white bread) then regular hamburger buns would be just fine! You could also serve these on a bed of salad greens for an extra touch instead of using traditional buns.

Ingredients
- 4 to 5 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup water, or chicken broth
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons raw horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Slider Buns
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the Crockpot Express. Add 1 cup water or chicken broth. Place the lid on the instant pot and turn the valve to the sealed position. Press pressure cook or manual button. Set cook time for 40 minutes. This allows the chicken to shred easily from large boneless chicken breasts.
- Once the Crockpot Express stops counting release the pressure. Drain the juice from the pot and shred the chicken.
- Mix together all the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl for the sauce. Whisk well making sure there is no lumps. Place in fridge until ready to use.
- Place chicken on the solder bun and pour the alabama white sauce over the top and top with top slider bun.
