Ingredients
medium head of cauliflower
around 2-3 cups of florets
1/2
cup
of diced onion
1/2
cup
of shredded cheddar cheese
4
ounces
of cream cheese
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces.
Place the florets in the bottom of your crockpot and then add the diced onion on top.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder and pepper until smooth.
Pour the cheesy mixture over the cauliflower and onions in the crockpot and then stir everything together until coated evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours until the cauliflower is tender when pierced with a fork.
Once done cooking, remove from heat and serve immediately while still hot!
