Instructions
Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Set Crockpot Express to SAUTE. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in oil.
Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes using tongs to turn throughout to ensure browning on all sides. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter, onions, and garlic and saute 2-3 minutes til onions are tender and translucent.
Sprinkle with flour and stir to coat. Add milk and broth. Stir to combine.
Add the pork chops back in. Single layer if possible and coat with the gravy.
Select MANUAL - MEDIUM and select 10 minutes.
Once time is up let the pot naturally release pressure for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
